Objective Malignant lymphoma is a group of histologically and biologically heterogeneous malignant tumors and the etiology of malignant lymphoma is not yet completely understood.Methylenetetrahydrofolate reductase (MTHFR) is the key enzyme in folate metabolism.MTHFR C677T polymorphism could alter the susceptibility to different cancers,but the results in malignant lymphoma are generally controversial and inadequate.
