　　Traditional design method of complicated parts of heavy machine tools always leads to poor performance and high cost.The bionic design under guidance of TRIZ theory is conducted with the research object of the columns of super-heavy CNC floor-type milling and boring machine.In view of the subjectivity and blindness in bionic design,TRIZ theory is applied in the selection of bionic biological prototype,then two bionic structure model of A and B are built.
