文章介绍了用模态分析方法求解树料试验机在随时间变化的强迫力作用下的响应历程分析理论,并具体应用 SAP—5程序实地的对 INSTRON—1250型动静万能试验机进行了模态分析和历程响应分析,并绘制出五阶振型图和历程响应曲线。SAP—5程序的动力分析模块为研究分析试验机系统的模态和动态响应,进行计算机辅助设计提供了有效的方法和手段。它为设计更为合理的材料试验机提供可靠的理论依据。
In this paper, the modal analysis method is used to solve the response history analysis theory of the sprinkler testing machine under forced force changing with time. In the meantime, the INSTRON-1250 dynamic and static universal testing machine is modeled using the SAP-5 program. Analysis and history response analysis, and draw the fifth-order vibration pattern and the history response curve. The dynamic analysis module of SAP-5 program provides an effective method and means for computer-aided design to study the modal and dynamic response of the testing machine system. It provides a reliable theoretical basis for designing a more reasonable material testing machine.
