Aspergillus are widely distributed in nature and have caused serious pollution to some foods and food products,which accounts for a large loss on economy as well as a high incidence of tumors endangering human health with the toxin produced by some strains.Some active ingredients of Chinese herbs show good effects of anti-aspergilli.But with little research about their anti-aspergilli mechanism.
