无偿献血是我国输血事业发展的方向,也是社会文明和进步的重要标志。近年来随着惠州市临床医疗水平的不断提高,外地来惠患者逐年增加及人口老龄化程度上升,用血量也逐年增加。2011年临床用血量超过18吨、血液库存量充裕,市中心血站的员工在党员干部的感召下多次捋袖献血以实际行动实践“救死扶伤”的诺言。然而,即使市中心血站的86名员工都献血,对于巨大的用血量来说,也只是杯水车薪。唯有充分挖掘社会资源才能缓解燃眉之急,而观念的更新和政策的推广更是首当其冲的工作,组建和完善无偿献血志愿者服务队是行而有效的举措。
Blood donation is our blood transfusion career development direction, but also an important symbol of social civilization and progress. In recent years, with the continuous improvement of the level of clinical medical treatment in Huizhou City, the number of patients who benefit from the field increases year by year and the degree of population aging increases. The amount of blood used also increases year by year. Clinical use of blood in 2011 more than 18 tons, ample blood banks, downtown blood station staff inspired by the party members and cadres repeatedly cuffed blood to take practical actions “save the wounded ” promise. However, even if all 86 employees in downtown blood stations donate blood, it is only a drop in the bucket for huge amounts of blood. Only by fully excavating social resources can we alleviate the pressing problems. And the updating of concepts and the promotion of policies are the most important tasks. Therefore, it is an effective measure to set up and improve the voluntary blood donation volunteer service team.
