一、前言中间包是钢液进入结晶器之前的最后一个耐火材料容器。它不仪有储存和分配钢水的作用,而且也对钢水质量的控制有重要作用。中间包钢水流动状态对连铸过程的影响:①连铸坯大型夹杂物多产生于钢水进入结晶器以前,如能利用钢液流动使夹杂物在中间包内由钢水分离出来,有利于减少铸坯中的大型夹杂物;②钢液流动对中间包传热过程和温度分布有一定作用,因而对连铸钢水温度控制有关。
