热重分析法,测定含铌平炉渣气—固相还原反应表明,含铌平炉渣在高炉里预还原性能差。如经粉碎、配炭造块预处理,其还原性能可得到改善。动力学研究认为,含铌平炉渣气—固还原反应性能差的原因,是反应速度受渣中氧离子内扩散控制,有效扩散系数为10~(-4)厘米~2/分。
Thermogravimetric analysis, determination of niobium-containing slag gas-solid phase reduction reaction showed that the niobium-containing slag in the blast furnace in the poor performance of the pre-reduction. If crushed, with carbon prefabricated block, the reduction performance can be improved. Kinetic studies suggest that the reason for the poor gas-solid reduction reaction of niobium-bearing slag is that the reaction rate is controlled by the diffusion of oxygen ions in the slag with an effective diffusion coefficient of 10 -4 cm -2 / min.
