　　Auricularia auricula-judae is an edible and medicinal mushroom, belongs to the Auriculariaceae of Auriculariales, Basidiomycota.This study was initiated to evaluate the antioxidant, anti-inflammatory and anti-xanthine oxidase activities of white strains of A.curicula-judae fruiting bodies extracted with methanol.
