　　Objective: The purpose of this study is to develop a predictive nomogram to improve the diagnostic accuracy and inter-observer agreement of pre-therapeutic lymph nodes metastases in patients with rectal cancer, by incorporating pre-therapeutic clinicopathological and MRI imaging variables.
