In order to understand the dynamic distribution of Infectious Bronchitis Virus(IBV) strain Jin-13 in SPF chickens.Ninety-day-old SPF chickens were inoculated with the virulent strain Jin-13 and dissected at day 1,4,7,19,14,21,28 and 35 post-inoculation(dpi), respectively.The heart, liver, spleen, lumg, trachea, kidney and duodenum samples were collected and detected for N gene by the SYBR Green Ⅰ real-time quantitative RT-PCR assay in present study.The method we established has the good linear correlation during 7.77× 108 ~ 100 copies·μL-1.The results showed that SPF chickens developed typical clinical signs at the fourth dpi, and the IBV viral concentration of tissues and organs had gradually increased with a peak up to 7.13 × 104 copies·μL-1, followed by the different peaks in lung, spleen, heart and liver.Then the viral concentration of organs had decreased at the 10th dpi.The kidney ,trachea and lung was still positive for the IBV detection at 28 dpi.And heart carried IBV for 35 dpi or longer.
