以三维仿真与安全风险可视化系统为平台，结合对变电运行人员技术培训中的特点，利用该系统在设备巡视、倒闸操作、事故处理、设备结构认识等方面进行了培训。新的培训工具突破传统的培训方式，获得了较好的培训效果，对提高变电运行人员的技术水平及电网的安全运行有着极大的意义。
