该文报道了RTCVD制备太阳能电池用、10-20微米厚、柱状晶粒多晶硅薄膜的方法，选用两种衬底：Si<,3>N<,4>和SiO<,2>，对比研究了薄膜的形态结构，发现前看晶粒均匀，晶粒择优晶向为<100>，而后者含较多异常大晶粒，择优晶向为＜111＞。
