Objective:Although autogenous grafts of cartilage continues to be the preferred source of grafts in white rhinoplasty,alloplastic materials such as silicone and expanded polytetrafluoreethylene (ePTFE) are most commonly used as powerful tool in dorsum augmentation for improving cosmesis in Asia.ePTFE has won increasing favour over the last few years in Asia,which is believed to be the better and easier choice resulting in naturally cosmetic result.
