A bisexual branching process in random environments is considered.The Markov properties in random environments are proved, and conditions for certain extiuction and for non-certain extinction are established.The conditional mean growth rate per mating unit is introduced, and its related properties are studied, then the upper(lower) bounds of conditional mean of the model are obtained.
