本文提出了一个求解非线性半定规划的线搜索精确罚函数方法，在每次迭代中通过求解一个二次半定规划产生搜索方向，信赖域子问题的引进有助于罚参数的确定，罚参数的更新保证线性可行性的充分改进；采用ι1精确罚函数作为效益函数用于线搜索确定步长，在一定条件下本文证明了算法的全局收敛性.
