目的：探讨BiPAP 呼吸机治疗重度阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征的临床意义。方法：回顾性分析2013年1月～2017年1月收治其中的30例重度阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征患者，对比观察患者治疗前后临床指标。结果：治疗前后4＃的氧减指数(ODI4)、基础氧饱和度、最低氧饱和度明显提高。结论：BiPAP呼吸机是治疗重度阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征的有效方法之一。
