THE MANAGEMENT OF THE CARDIOPULMONARY BYPASS IN 400 INFANT CASES

　　Objective:To summarize the experience of the management of the cardiopulmonary bypass in infants.Methods:From Jan 1,1998 to Apr 30,2007,400 cases of congenital heart diseases within 1 year in infants were operated under cardiopulmonary bypass.The preoperative states and postoperative courses of the patients were analyzed.Results:170 cases adopted beating-heart and 230 cases adopted arresting-heart and the ultrafiltraion was used in 97 cases during CPB.
