　　Processing of pre-mRNA into mRNA is an important regulatory mechanism in eukaryotes that is mediated by the spliceosome,a huge and dynamic ribonucleoprotein complex.Splicing defects are implicated in a spectrum of human disease;however,the mechanistic links remain largely unresolved.
