BACKGROUND AND PURPOSE To determine whether Ktrans maps calculated from first pass PCT data are a biomarker of BBB disruption and predict the clinical outcome in acute ischemic stroke METHODS Consecutive patients with acute occlusion of the anterior circulation who received endovascular treatment were enrolled.Ktrans maps extracted from standard first-pass perfusion CT were used to assess their BBBP.
