NRS-2002对脑卒中住院患者营养风险的评估及分析

目的 了解脑卒中患者的营养状况,分析NRS-2002营养风险筛查量表作为脑卒中患者营养风险评估工具的预测价值及缺点与不足.方法 本次调查采用目前国际公认的NRS-2002 营养风险筛查量表,于2016年9月-12月,在吉林大学中日联谊医院神经内二科对脑卒中住院患者开展营养风险评估,符合NRS-2002 评定标准者于入院当天进行营养风险评分,以NRS-2002≥3 分者判定为存在营养不良风险,以白蛋白<35g/L 者判定为营养不良,通过观察、比较患者NRS-2002 营养风险评分与白蛋白水平,评价NRS-2002 在脑卒中患者营养风险评估中的参考价值.
