　　For a long time, hydrogen peroxide and catalase had been widely utilized in the industrial sectors, but some sectors needed the catalase with high activity, alkali and thermo stabilization, which were barely showed among those isolated from animals.As microorganisms could survived in many extreme environments, many works about the catalase from microorganisms had been done.Recently, a high-level catalase producer Halononas sp.FS-N4 was screened and isolated by us, using improved stepwise H2O2-adapted screening method.
