Ferritic/martensitic steels are promising structural material for nuclear and non-nuclear applications.Because structural materials of these components are suffered by cyclic loading,fatigue life evaluation is important for structural design and residual life estimation during operation.Especially for nuclear applications,the fatigue life after neutron irradiation should be clarified.However,it is not easy to develop the database by standardized specimen and test method because of the limitation of volume for neutron irradiation in test reactors and the induced radio activity after that.
