在政府的高度关注下,我国安全生产培训师资队伍不断壮大,但安全生产培训师资队伍建设明显滞后,尤其是培训机构师资培训内容、考核无据可依,质量无法保证.本文从安全培训的特点出发,系统分析了安全培训教师与学历教育教师的区别,提出了安全培训机构师资队伍培训体系建设的方法和思路。
