不同Ce含量改性对锆酸镧热物理性能的影响

制备了不同含量Ce改性的La2Zr2O7粉末,采用化学成分分析、扫描电镜、X射线衍射、透射电镜等方法测试了粉末成分、相结构、纳米晶粒度、高分辨相、晶格常数等.采用热膨胀系数测试仪测试了粉末压成条状后的热膨胀系数,测试了材料的高温热导率.对粉末进行不同温度的热处理,研究了粉末的高温相结构稳定性.结果表明:随着Ce含量的增加,铈锆酸镧稳定的相结构由烧绿石转变为萤石结构,品格常数增加.随着Ce的添加,热膨胀系数在150~300℃间出现了极小值,并当Ce掺杂量越多时,此极小值越小.热导率随着Ce含量的增加呈现出先减小后增大的趋势.粉末在室温到1400℃下保持良好的相结构稳定性.
