By using a novel dip-coating method,an Al film can be tightly coated on alumina substrate under appropriate technological conditions.Among all the factors that affect the coverage rate of Al film and the quality of Alalumina interface,oxygen is an indispensable one which attracts our attention.In this study,the oxidation of the sample surface was controlled by adjusting the oxygen concentration and the moving speed of the ceramics substrate to study the effect of oxygen in the process of dip-coating aluminum on alumina.
