The organic phototransistor (OPT) is combination of light detection and signal amplification in a single device without any noise problems, which is a key component of the promising next generation image sensors.[1] In the previous study, pentacene-OPT with a C60 buffer layer obtained high photoresponsivitity～4.27A/W at 0.2 mW/cm2 and zero gate voltage, which can be regarded as a excellent red light sensor.
