1-Phosphanorbornes[1,2] incorporate a chiral phosphorus at the bridgehead of a strained bicyclic structure,and as a consequence are not subject to racemization.They can be used as potenatial ligands in asymmetric catalysis.We designed the lignads with chiral sulfonamide[3] separating directly and giving high yield.
