目的:探讨经股静脉穿刺套取PICC体内断管的可行性与安全性.方法:2009年7月至2012年1月收治6例PICC管断裂患者,均为女性,年龄37～ 71岁,4例为卵巢癌,1例为乳腺癌,1例为宫颈癌,均安置PICC行化疗输液治疗.PICC置管到断裂时间为26d～105d,其中5例患者PICC断裂后断管完全进入体内,于1～2d内行介入取体内断管,另1例于断管后10d行介入取管.
