In order to realize the real-time recording and analysis of environmental parameters and their variation of single building with 5 million hens of 8 layers of laminated automatic control henhouse in Tongling city, Anhui province.Meanwhile, for giving the evaluation of the henhouse environment scientifically, and providing the reference for the standardization of automatic control of farm facilities optimization and upgrading, an intelligent monitoring system for the laying hens based on the Internet of things is developed in this paper. It consists of three parts as the data acquisition terminal, the server and the client. The data collection terminal, which is installed in the henhouse, includes air temperature, wind speed, relative humidity, CO2 concentration, PM10, light intensity sensors and data collector. All sensors send data to the data collector through RS-485 bus.The data collector which core processor ARM 32 bit Cortex-M3 CPU STM32F103VB, can realize the local storage and the remote transmission of measuring data. The Server is based on SQL Server 2008, ASP.NET Web platform development and for the cloud server to the store and process the receiving data. The client includes the Web query client and the Android client, the user can query henhouse environment real-time data through the web page or a smart phone APP.We choose four sampling points in each longitudinal among four columns and five aisles of the henhouse. And the summer environment parameters of transverse six different height positions on each sampling point was measured,The measuring result shows that the greater distance from the damp curtain, the bigger the value of CO2, temperature, PM10 and wind speed.Meanwhile, the relative humidity shows the trend of decreasing.Horizontally, the value of CO2, PM10 increased gradually from H0.6m to H5.1m.The horizontal change of light intensity: the light intensity of H1.3m and H4.5m is the highest, and the light intensity of H1.9m to H0.6m is 10 lux higher than H5.1m to H3.8m.The wind speed is gradually decreased from H0.6m to H5.1m, and the wind speed of H0.6m to H1.9m is higher. The horizontal change of relative humidity: the relative humidity of H5.1m, H4.5m, H3.8m is higher than H1.9m, H1.3m, H0.6m.Temperature is significantly negatively related to humidity and significantly positive related to CO2, Wind speed, PM10.Humidity is significantly negatively related to CO2, Wind speed, PM10 and CO2 is significantly positive related to Wind speed and PM10.The Wind speed is significantly positive related to PM10.
