矿用自卸车全液压湿式制动系统研究

提出了一套新型的全液压湿式制动系统, 该系统具有多级制动功能, 节能效果良好, 采用独特 的油路冷却湿式制动器.在建立该系统的AMESim 仿真模型的基础上, 对其进行了动态性能研究, 研究 结果表明: 行驶制动与制动锁定的动态响应时间分别约为0.03s、0.035s; 在正常制动压力下, 紧急制动 的动态响应时间也约为0.03s; 制动蓄能器的容量至少能够满足5次行驶制动.因此该多级制动系统的 动态性能与蓄能器的参数均能满足自卸车制动可靠性的设计要求, 为开发新型全液压湿式制动系统和 优化其性能参数提供了重要依据.
