目的:比较经阴道二维子宫输卵管超声造影(TVS 2D-HyCoSy)和四维子宫输卵管超声造影(TVS 4D-HyCoSy)评价输卵管通畅性的有效性及其临床应用价值.方法:对125例女性不孕患者,采用SonoVue造影剂,分别进行TVS 2D-HyCoSy和TVS 4D-HyCoSy检查,其中35例结果与腹腔镜输卵管通染液试验(CLP)进行对照.对比2D-HyCoSy和4D-HyCoSy检测输卵管通畅性的敏感性、特异性、阴性预测值及阳性预测值.结果:2D-HyCoSy评估输卵管阻塞的敏感度为84.00％ (21/25),特异度84.44％ (38/45),阳性预测值75.00％ (21/28),阴性预测值90.48％ (38/42);4D-HyCoSy评估输卵管阻塞的敏感度为92.00％ (23/25),特异度93.33％ (42/45),阳性预测值88.46％ (23/26),阴性预测值95.45％ (42/44).
