以莫来石晶须为例,研究了晶须在电纺丝过程中的定向排列现象。实验发现:在电纺过程中,随着纤维直径的不断减小,纤维中被包裹的晶须会受到一个压力。该压力最终使得晶须的朝向与电纺纤维的朝向一致。由于电纺纤维在微观上会呈一种三维类纺织结构,所以其内部包裹的晶须也会呈相似的类纺织结构。通过这一发现,提出了用静电纺丝制备陶瓷粘的想法,并成功制备出莫来石陶瓷毡。
Taking mullite whiskers as an example, the orientation of whiskers in the process of electrospinning was investigated. The experiment found that in the electrospinning process, as the fiber diameter decreases, the wrapped whiskers in the fiber are subjected to a pressure. This pressure eventually causes the orientation of the whiskers to be consistent with the orientation of the electrospun fibers. Because the electrospun fibers will appear as a kind of three-dimensional textile structure microscopically, the whiskers wrapped in the inside will also show a similar textile structure. Through this discovery, we put forward the idea of electrospinning to make ceramic sticky, and successfully made mullite ceramic felt.
