TRIP ( Transformation induced plasticity) has become the hot point of automobile strips study,it provides the direction of solving the strength and plasticity contradictory.The calculation of CeqcWES,and Pcmindicates the more possible hardening and cold crack in the TRIP welding point,lt had been verified that the TRIP welding point breakages restricting the PL-TCM producing practice.Through laser welding test of various welding parameters association,then test the welding joints microhardness,tensile,cupping height and pressure,microstructural.Through analysising the test results and producing practice at PL -TCM,the welding point s of preheating 0% and 42% postheating accociation characters is the best,resolves the welding point breakage,and helps the PL-TCM stably produce TRIP.
