　　Clec9A(DNGR1)is a dead cell recognition receptor on the surface of the XCR1+,cDC1 DC subtype(CD8+DC lineage in mice,BDCA3+DC in humans).Antibodies against Clec9A can be used to efficiently target antigen to Clec9A and enhance immune responses in mice and primates.Some features of the resulting response were unexpected.The same targeted DC presented the antigen on both MHC class Ⅰ and MHC class Ⅱ.
