Objective To explore the influence of different clean areas on the microbial contamination during cord blood hematopoietic stem cell preparation in order to reduce the probability and risk of microbial contamination in the process of preparation. Method Group I: 1,472 cord blood hematopoietic stem cells prepared from May 2001 to July 2002 were separated and operated in a clean bench, the level of cleanliness of the clean bench was 100, and the clean area outside the clean bench was not stratified; Group II: October 2002 -2009
