市建材质监中心、市建材质检站; 你们联合上报的沪建材质管字[2001]第043号“关于上报上海市健康型建筑材料标志建材产品技术要求‘建筑内墙涂料’和‘复合地板’两项技术要求的报告”已收悉。经研究,意见如下: 批准上报的上海市健康型建筑材料标志建材产品技术要求《复合地板》SHJK-FD-02-2001和《建筑内墙涂料》SHJK-NT-01-2001。《复合地板》技术要求自2001年8月15日起实施,《建筑内墙涂料》技术要求自2001年10月1日起实施。
