Helix is one of the most important structures in living system.We designed and prepared a new type of helical architectures recently [1].By using scanning tunneling microscope (STM)technique, we have successfully identified the helical superstructures (Figure 1).At the same time, we for the first time gained an intuitional picture of the hybridization of single helices into double helices at single molecule level.
