The allocation model of information resources is important for enterprises to innovate.By establishing internal information which is based on the enterprise resource optimization mode, the essay builds a support system within three areas: organizational structure, technical conditions, and human environment.Besides, the essay proposed an innovative allocation model of enterprises information resources.
