　　Dynamin is required for clathrin-mediated endocytosis in neurons and other cells.Using electrochemical amperometry we previously reported that quantal size is not only negatively regulated by activating GPCR-Gi,but also positively regulated by a dynamin-peptide 1 in adrenal chromaffin cells(ACC),leading a fundamental hypothesis that majority of pre-viously assumed quantal release of large dense core vesicles(LDCVs)represent "kiss-and-run"(partial)release.
