呼市海亮广场2#,6#楼为约150m的高住宅建筑,为保证建筑的使用功能和房间布局,采用剪力墙结构。呼和浩特市抗震设防烈度为8度,塔楼属高度超限建筑结构。介绍了该工程特点和结构设计情况。按照规范要求,进行了结构抗震性能设计。经过多模型的小震弹性分析、小震时程分析及大震静力弹塑性分析,其工作状态和性能均能达到预期性能目标和规范要求。
