我们以氧化异阿朴菲生物碱母体(1-氮杂苯并蒽酮)为先导，通过桥联方式，将酚类化合物连接到1-氮杂苯并蒽酮的9 位上，获得了一系列的双分子杂合体(图1)。该系列化合物不仅在体外具有较好的抗乙酰胆碱酯酶(AChE)能力(表1)，在体内，化合物同样表现出明显的降低Aβ42 转基因果蝇脑内的乙酰胆碱酯酶活性的能力，而且具有明显的抗氧化活性和神经细胞保护作用(表1)。
我们课题组在过去几年里大量研究了环状碘鎓盐的生物活性及其在有机化学中的应用。[1]在本文中，我们报道在铜/钯联合催化下由环状碘鎓盐合成同时具有细胞毒性和荧光的噁唑化合物的最新进展。在此反应条件下，各种高度官能团化的噁唑衍生物都可以便捷的合成。
