The remarkable discovery of induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSCs) demonstrates that cell can be reprogrammed from somatic cell to a pluripotent state by the enforced expression of defined transcriptional factors [1].Similar to the embryonic stem cells (ESCs),iPSCs have the ability of self-renewal and differentiation and can be potentially used on maintaining the growth of human organs and metabolism, repairing the bodys aging and diseasing.
