  Objective T-cell immune response cDNA 7(TIRC7) has been identified and demonstrated to be essential in T cell activation.However, the role of TIRC7 in acute immune thrombocytopenia (ITP) re mains poorly understood.This study aimed to investigate the expression levels of TIRC7 and T helper (Th) cells in acute ITP patients before and after dexamethasone and abscertain if dexamethasone down-regulates the levels of Th 1 cells by modulating TIRC7 in ITP.
