We discuss how photoelectron momentum distribution in tunneling ionization is modified due to nonadiabatic and relativistic effects as well as due to tunneling time delay.We propose an intuitive model that describes the relativistic and nonadiabatic effects during the under the-barrier motion which are due to the time-dependence of the barrier and due to the Lorentz force induced momentum shift.
