　　Objective To investigate whether physiological concentration of melatonin(MT)has a protective effect on the stored red blood cell(RBCs)in vitro.Methods Healthy adults were recruited,and 200 ml of whole blood was collected.After filtering white blood cells,plasma was removed by centrifugation,RBCs were resuspended in 50ml MAP erythrocyte protective solution.

苦蘵活性物质合成途径的调控机制解析

苦蘵是一种含有多种活性成分的一年生草本植物。大量研究表明，苦蘵中的酸浆苦味素类物质(Physalins)具有抗肿瘤活性，具有很好的应用前景。但是，关于苦蘵次生代谢的研究尚且不多，可得信息也极为有限。我们首先建立了苦蘵毛状根培养体系，并以此为基础，研究茉莉酸甲酯(MeJA)对苦蘵酸浆苦味素类化合物的调控作用。利用代谢组及靶向质谱分析等技术手段，我们发现physalin D和H受到MeJA的显著诱导。
