The wettability plays an important role on the self-cleaning materials, high-efficient catalytic,water-oil separation and etc.This paper refers to a facile fabrication of porphyrin Janus particles from water droplet template at oil-aqueous interface.The morphologies of the Janus particles can be effectively controlled from ring-, wheel, hole-shell, and to flower-shaped.by changing the substrate wettability or solvent component.
