为理解水通道蛋白(aquaporin,AQP)在塔里木兔(Lepus yarcandensis)适应干旱环境中的作用,采用常规H.E.染色观察了肾脏组织学结构,采用免疫组织化学和免疫印记检测了AQP在塔里木兔组织中的分布位置及表达,并与家兔进行了比较.
