　　The influences of the micro-nozzle geometry,the liquid physical parameters and the inlet velocity on the generated droplet volume and generation rate are investigated numerically in this work.It is found that droplets with diameter from 0.012mm to 0.034mm can be generated with the distance from 0.04mm to 0.28mm.
