：
目的：探讨自体肋软骨在东方人鼻整形应用的并发症及处理方法.方法 本组病例205例,其中男32性,女172性,平均年龄22.3岁,短鼻畸形56例,唇裂术后鼻畸形43例,鞍鼻畸形108例,根据患者鼻子条件,选择鼻梁抬高,鼻延迟,鼻头缩小,鼻翼缩小缩窄,鼻骨缩窄等手术步骤,术后随访4个月到六年,统计术后并发症的发生率,结果：其中9例发生肋软骨歪曲,6例外形欠佳,轮廓外显,术后三个月再次手术雕刻弯曲部分,

目的：探讨自体肋软骨在东方人鼻整形应用的并发症及处理方法.方法 本组病例205例,其中男32性,女172性,平均年龄22.3岁,短鼻畸形56例,唇裂术后鼻畸形43例,鞍鼻畸形108例,根据患者鼻子条件,选择鼻梁抬高,鼻延迟,鼻头缩小,鼻翼缩小缩窄,鼻骨缩窄等手术步骤,术后随访4个月到六年,统计术后并发症的发生率,结果：其中9例发生肋软骨歪曲,6例外形欠佳,轮廓外显,术后三个月再次手术雕刻弯曲部分,对轮廓外显的软骨修整边缘,同时在其上方植入异体或自体真皮,术后效果均满意,1例感染,经引流及抗炎处理后好转.1例鼻小拄皮肤坏死导致伤口完全裂开,部分裂开2例,经保守换药处理后伤口愈合,结论 自体肋软骨是良好的材料,尤其适合多次隆鼻后的患者,需求强调准确的雕刻技术,及了解肋软骨的性状及张力方向,同时根据患者的方法及细节处理,最大程度避免并发症的发生.

目的：探讨面部瘢痕挛缩的多种修复方法及优缺点。方法：总结过去八年来我科应用游离皮片、局部(扩张)皮瓣、胸三角带蒂或游离皮瓣移植修复面部瘢痕挛缩的手术经验，分析各种方法修复面部瘢痕挛缩的适应症及优缺点。结果：游离皮片移植后皮肤与周围正常皮肤在色泽、质地等方面存在差异，同时皮片后期挛缩较为明显，患者不易接受。局部(扩张)皮瓣则因面部特殊解剖扩张效率往往较低，组织量不足，同时面部皮瓣转移时需增加较多辅助
