Background: OY-TES-1, a member of the cancer testis antigen (CTA) family, was originally identified as a proacrosin binding protein sp32 precursor involved in spermatogenesis and sperm capacitation.There is, however, little information on its role in cancer.Here, we investigated the expression and biological function of OY-TES-1 protein in glioma.
